Dave & Janet Keister worked with me to design this 3 bedroom home sitting high on a hill overlooking the St Johns River in Palatka. This is the most spacious 3 bderoom you will find. The garage cotains a spacious box attic storage with a gable window over the garage door, a computer space conveninent to the master bedroom and common public areas, large size dining room, living room/home office located at the front door (allowing you to have clients visit your home office without walking through your home), central kitchen and greatroom, master bedroom with a row of windows looking over the backyard, and the most impressive feature.......the enormous 46 x 18 screened lanai..... the largest I have ever built. Dave had the lanai stocked with; a jacuzzi, pool table, wall mount LCD television, and patio furniture. Visit the photos section of my website and you will see photos of this lanai and you will be envious as am I. Numerous other innovative ideas were incorporated in this home but I am running out of space, call me to elaborate. .

The Carroll 3 was designed and built for Charlie & Mary Ellen Carroll (and their teenage son) upon Charlie's retirement from the Baltimore Maryland Fire Department. The Carroll's desired a master seperated from the main living areas of the home complete with a large master bath,  seperate his and her's toilet rooms (a first for me), and plenty of closet space. Seperating the master is a mechanical closet which doubles as a sound buffer. The centrally located kitchen is clustered with the dining room, gathering room, dine-in kitchen area, and great/game room all conveniently located in proximity to the covered lanai and backyard pool. The downstairs bedroom #2 provides quiet quarters with private bath for visiting friends from up North. The upstaris bedroom serves the Carroll's teenage son with walk-in closet, private bath and seperate towel/linen storage. The bathroom off the great/game room doubles not only as a guest bath, but serves as the pool bath as well, tucked away on the side of the home for maximum privacy. A number of my more recent cutting-edge design concepts are incorporated in this home, specifically, enormous box attic storage over the garage, valet area for cell phones, mail, purses, and all the "stuff" everyone searches to place somewhere upon entering their home at the end of the day, and a home office/study easily accessible from the front doorallowing business associates to be easily recieved in the home office without walking through your home. Although highly customized, this design is easily changeable to meet your needs. This is one of my favorite homes!
